Cleveland Dental’s Dr. Dan Cosby Volunteers at Recent RAM Clinic

IMG_8558Cleveland Dental dentist, Dr. Dan Cosby, lent a helping hand at the Remote Area Medical outreach that was recently held at Bradley County’s Walker Valley High School.

According to reports in the Cleveland Banner  Ron Brewer, the organization’s executive associate, stated “This was one of the best clinics we’ve ever had. It was not only one of the best for Cleveland, but one of the best in RAM’s history.”  The only negative was that there was not enough room in the dental treatment areas.

There were 30 dental chairs in use over the weekend, and 10 lanes for vision evaluation and care.

Due to recent public health concerns, we are actively monitoring information from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local officials regarding the spread of COVID-19.

The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. As such, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule elective procedures until it is deemed safe by the American Dental Association & the CDC for us to open the office for all dental procedures.

We are evaluating this on a weekly basis and will be in contact to reschedule any elective procedures.

Our office and phone lines remain open to treat any emergency situations that arise so please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions.
